- NO REFUND AND RESHIPMENT IF– Customer is unavailable during delivery or entered the wrong address in the website.
2. Seized by Customs Option
We offer unlimited reshipment at no extra cost for our WorldWide Express packages. In cases of customs confiscation, we no longer provide refunds but will ensure that a replacement package is sent in a timely manner.
3. Refund Amount
- Received Products: 50% refund on the product price, excluding the shipping fee and handling fee.
4. Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept return package.
